SeaWorld, again!

I promise that these are the last installments of our SeaWorld photos. I have so many other things to blog about, some adorable pictures to share that don't involve any marine life or even water!
To sum things up: we visited the dolphins in their pool, that was so much fun to watch them swim right by you!! (that's Luke in the pic)
The boys waiting for the sea lion show to start:Kaden-man was sitting with me before the show and was pretty tuckered by this point, note the yawn!

After the show we went back and feed the sea lions in their pool. The 3 boys and I each had a turn, pretty fun!
At the play park. This is the only place I could get pics without climbing up with them and that's why they are all basically the same.

Riding some of the kiddo rides, very cute, very fun. (Kaden wasn't really upset, he was tired, this photo of him is too adorable!)
My sweet baby girl was an angel the WHOLE day!
Bye bye SeaWorld, thank you Anheuser-Busch, we will see you next year :)

We had such a fun-filled day, Gabriel barely made it out of the parking lot!

Second SeaWorld

More photos for you! It was so hard for me to narrow our pics down to just these I've blogged!!! Enjoy!
Here we are at the Shamu show. Mike and the boys went and sat in the splash zone, Josie and I did not. We sat across from them and so I was able to watch them throughout the show, they were so cute! At the beginning they have a very inspirational message to the armed forces and then they ask for all military and their families to stand for recognition. If you look towards the bottom of the photo, there is Michael standing up in a blue shirt. What a proud moment, to see him standing there and having the people all cheer for him. It was COOL! Right above Shamu's tale you can see Mike and the 3 boys. (Kaden with his fingers in his ears, too loud for him I guess)

We went to the aquarium and everyone loved it there. Daddy loves those sharks!!

Here's Mom teaching the boys about poison frogs (yeah, at the aquarium) and for my Mom--we couldn't take a picture of a hyena for you because there wasn't one, but Mike did take a shot of the eels for you because he knows how much you LOVE them! :)

Dory!! And Chum!!! KADEN was thrilled!

In the center of SeaWorld they have a kiddo area with rides, a huge playpark, and a mini-water park. Someone was thinking! It is awesome. The boys had such fun there, I cannot even tell you!!!

Where's the Harmons? All 4 boys are in this shot, can you find them??

I guess I will make our SeaWorld into 3 posts, because this one is getting long too! MORE photos to come, if you can believe that!!!

Sweet SeaWorld

Here are some SeaWorld pics---finally!!! I know it has taken awhile, but here they are. We had the best day there. Like I said before Anheuser-Busch gives away free tickets to one of their parks once a year for military families. Awesome. We got there before it opened and got out tickets, while waiting for the park to open the boys had their photo taken with Shamu, adorable!!!
We headed off to do some rides. We rode the kiddo roller coaster first, the boys had a good time. That ended up being their favorite part of the day, we went back to it!
After that Mike and I rode the "big" roller coasters to get those out of the way! They were awesome!!!! We had a blast. I love my coasters!!! We hardly waited at all, less then 5 minutes for both! I guess no one else headed right over there when the park opened. Silly people! The lone head in the front car of the coaster is Michael. And the second pic is just of the coaster, neither of us are on that one, great photo though.
We let the kiddos play at the arcade because they did such an excellent job waiting for Mom and Dad to get done with our rides. They had a blast here too, wanted to do everything, too bad it all cost so much!

We visited the penguins. (BIG hit of course, Kelly!!)
We rode the log flume, Kaden-man was not a big fan but Luke LOVED it! He and Michael rode the big splash boat thing that all the parks have now, they LOVED that too! Here are the boys by the ride sign, very cute:Mike and Luke are sitting in the front row, our right. Good photography I think :)
Kaden, Luke, and I had our pic taken with a Clydesdale named Diamond---kinda a girlie name for a boy huh?? (but I'm not gonna tell him that!!!) Those horses are gorgeous and just HUGE!!!
Josie was actually with us and she was just perfect! (like I had to type that, you all already assumed that I am sure) This is what she did most of the day:
There are SO many more fun pics to share so I will post them soon. We obviously had quite a full day.

Thanks and Texas

It's September 11th again and I can hardly believe that it has been 6 years since that tragic day. I, like everyone else, can remember exactly where I was and what I was doing. My heart goes out to the families that suffered loss and I also continue to pray for all our military families as we fight this ongoing war against terrorism. Today be thankful you live in the United States, be proud to be an American, and be humbled as there are so many willing to give their lives to keep us safe and free! God bless!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
On Thursday while driving to pick up Kaden-man at school, Michael and I decided to drive to San Antonio for the weekend! We have good friends there (Luke Thomas's namesake) and Michael desperately wanted to take the kiddos to SeaWorld. Anheuser-Busch allows a military family into one of their parks free once a year! (Good for them!) After mulling over the expenses of the trip, gas and hotel, etc. (sorry, that is how I am made), I decided we should do it. And I am SO glad! We had the best time. We had wonderful drives both ways, the kids were excellent!!! I am so proud of them.
In the 10 minute drive over to Luke's school to get him, we had found a kennel for Flash and talked with the McNishs about meeting for dinner on Friday night. By the time we got home, packed, loaded the car, took Flash to the kennel, etc, it was about 2:30 when we left. We didn't get to our room until a little after midnight. On Friday we slept (in a little) and drove downtown to a Rainforest Cafe. I thought the boys would really get a kick out of it! And I was right. They loved it there, they loved the nosies and the animals. We had a good time:

After lunch we went walked a block or so over to the Alamo and walked around there. The boys did a good job of not touching, come on--anyone out there with kiddos knows what I am talking about. At the Alamo they don't want you to touch the walls or anything. So we looked around a bit more outside and then headed back to rest before our dinner date.

We had a wonderful dinner with the McNishs. What AMAZING people they are! Thank you Doc and Yona for dining with us! We went back to the room and went to bed for Saturday's day of fun at SeaWorld. I will cover that soon, I have SO many pictures so get ready for those!

REUNION!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's home! He's home! Daddy is back. Michael is back! I cannot tell you how excited I am. Yesterday was the big day. I met my friend Michelle in the morning and we spent the day together waiting for our hubbies to return. We took the kiddos, she has 2 boys, over to Burger King to play at the park so we could waste time. We were supposed to go to the squadron between 1 and 1:30 to take a bus out to the flightline and pick up our guys. The day went relatively quickly, I am so glad that I had Michelle to keep me company!!! When we were getting off the bus the guys were already walking towards us from the plane. It was an incredible feeling knowing that in a couple of seconds we would finally be with Daddy again! I saw him first, pointed him out to the kiddos and they took off running. It was AWESOME!!!
On the bus:
On the flightline:
Family picture:

Thank you God for watching over Michael while he was gone and for bringing him home safe to us! Please continue to pray for all the thousands and thousands of separated military families! GOD BLESS THE USA!!!!!

One down!

Mizzou wins! Way to go Tigers. That was probably the longest football game ever (over 4 hours with NO overtime) but we won 40-34 over the Illini. Defense and special teams were pretty amazing for both teams. Chase Daniel (QB) had another great game. Luke watched almost the whole game with me. He was pretty excited. I am teaching him the Mizzou cheers. SO fun. I recorded if for Michael, even though he knows the outcome already it will still stress him out to watch it!
MIZZOU-RAH!!!!
Bring it on Ole Miss, the Tigers will be ready for you. See you Saturday.
